Jayne completed her Post Graduate Diploma Psychology in 2006 and her Master of Sport Psychology in 2009.Her Areas of Interest are mood disorders including depression, anxiety, stress in adults, adolescents, and children 7 years up; drug and alcohol; CBT; sport; performance; PTSD; assessments; relaxation; adherence to meds; eating disorders; behavioural changes; imagery; self-talk; energizing techniques; self-esteem; self-resilience; DOC's; probation and parole; court treatment reports; better living; positive psychology; ACT; CCRT; living with chronic illness and pain; schedule activities; bipolar; coming to term about the past; exercise, and couples resolution, thought-stopping and thought-monitoring.
