Jessica strives to offer an exceptional level of service and professionalism in the in the dietary management and counselling in variety of health and chronic diseases / conditions including diabetes, hypertension, hypercholestetrolaemia, cardiac health, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease and weigh management. Jessica’s goal is to promote healthy lifestyle choices and optimal nutrition by working individually with patients to assess their nutritional needs and provide counselling and guidance in making healthier food and lifestyle choices. She is fluent in both English and Arabic.
